Privacy, refunds and support: info@daniraai.com
1. Using the service
Storymedia provides tools to prepare stories, manage characters and, when enabled, generate video and prepare content for publishing. These terms, including the privacy and refund policies below, apply between you and DANIRA AI TECHNOLOGY, the operator of Storymedia. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are at least 18 years old. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it. Accounts, saved work and settings are available; video generation, social publishing and platform checkout are not currently enabled. Descriptions of those paid features apply when they become available.
2. Your AI account and API key
You connect an AI provider account, such as OpenRouter, using your own API key. You authorize Storymedia to submit the requests you initiate, including saved background jobs, through that account. You are responsible for funding it, monitoring usage, protecting credentials, and revoking a compromised key. Connecting a key does not transfer your provider balance to Storymedia. Your provider’s own terms and policies also apply.
3. Provider costs and the platform fee
AI providers bill model usage separately through your connected account. Storymedia charges the percentage platform fee displayed in your current cost review and on the pricing page. The default rate is 3% of the reviewed estimated AI cost of the selected video generation, rounded to the nearest US cent with no minimum platform fee. It is not a fee on your entire provider balance or your provider top-ups. The fee is fixed by the accepted quote; it is not automatically recalculated from the final provider bill. Prompt preparation and other AI actions can incur separate provider charges without an additional platform fee.
4. Checkout and authorization
Before checkout, review the selected clips, estimated AI costs, platform fee, and payment currency. By accepting these terms and paying, you authorize the quoted platform fee and the selected generation after payment is verified. Platform payments are processed through iyzico. Enter card details only in the payment provider’s checkout. Billing information you enter is sent to iyzico to process your payment. If checkout uses Turkish lira, the configured conversion rate and amount are shown before payment. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges. A cancelled, failed, unverified, or simulated payment does not authorize paid video generation.
5. Estimates, saved work, and retries
Provider prices, routing, tokens, and output can vary, so provider charges may differ from estimates. New generation is blocked when the required price is unavailable. Saved completed clips and eligible cached renders are reused without a new platform fee. Changing a prompt or settings may require a new quote. Check job history and provider activity before retrying an interrupted request: a provider may already have charged for it. Do not pay again for an unresolved payment without checking with DANIRA AI TECHNOLOGY.
6. Refund policy
No platform payments are currently being collected. When paid generation is enabled, you can leave checkout before completing payment. A cancelled, failed or unverified payment does not start paid generation. If you completed payment and want to cancel before submission, contact info@daniraai.com promptly; leaving the page alone does not cancel an already submitted job.
A platform fee is eligible for refund if records confirm a duplicate platform charge, an incorrect platform charge, or a paid generation that Storymedia cannot submit or deliver because of a service failure. Requests are checked against the accepted quote, payment status and generation history. Once external processing has started, provider costs may already have been incurred. A change of mind or dissatisfaction with an otherwise delivered AI result does not automatically qualify for a platform-fee refund; service defects and mandatory legal rights are still considered.
Email info@daniraai.com with your Storymedia username, payment reference, project or job ID, payment date and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, security codes or full card details. We may ask for information needed to verify the payment and will communicate the outcome. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported; provider and bank processing times may vary.
AI-provider charges and provider credits are paid separately and are subject to that provider’s refund process. A Storymedia refund or local credit adjustment does not reverse an OpenRouter or other provider charge. Nothing in this policy removes applicable rights to withdraw, cancel, or obtain remedies for faulty or undelivered digital services. Starting a job does not by itself waive rights that require separate express consent and acknowledgment under applicable law.
7. Your content and permitted use
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for source text, images, characters, voices, likenesses, and other material you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity. Do not impersonate others without authorization or bypass provider restrictions. You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and provider terms; uniqueness, copyright protection, and commercial suitability are not guaranteed. Review every output before publishing.
8. Privacy policy
DANIRA AI TECHNOLOGY is responsible for the information processed through Storymedia. Contact info@daniraai.com for privacy questions and requests. This policy covers visitors, account holders and connected social accounts.
We collect the username and password you provide to create an account; the password is stored as a salted hash, not readable text. We store account identifiers, creation and terms-acceptance records, saved stories, source text, characters, projects, preferences and the API credentials you choose to save. Connecting a social account can provide access tokens, channel or account identifiers, display names and authorization details. Hosting and security systems process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and error logs. If paid checkout becomes available, payment references, status and required billing information may also be processed. Social connections and paid features are optional.
9. Privacy — use and sharing
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, save and retrieve your work, operate connections you authorize, answer support requests, prevent misuse and investigate service or payment problems. Account and workspace information is needed to provide the service you request; security and fraud-prevention processing supports our interest in protecting the service and its users. We use optional provider authorizations for the actions you choose and retain records where legal obligations require them.
Information is processed by hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, and the database infrastructure used for this installation. When you verify an AI key or use an enabled AI feature, credentials and necessary requests are sent to your selected provider, such as OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to. Social credentials and authorization codes are exchanged with Google/YouTube, TikTok or Meta/Instagram when you connect that service. Content is sent for generation or publishing only through the corresponding enabled action. If checkout is enabled, required billing details go to the payment processor. These providers have their own privacy, retention and processing terms, and may process information in countries other than yours. Contact info@daniraai.com for information about applicable international-transfer arrangements. We do not sell your personal information or use your saved content for advertising.
10. Privacy — cookies and security
Storymedia uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly and Secure on the hosted site, and expires after seven days unless cleared earlier. Authentication-attempt records and short-lived authorization state help prevent abuse. Your browser also stores account-scoped drafts and preferences locally; these can remain on a shared device after you sign out until you clear them. Hosting providers may use additional cookies or security controls under their own policies. This application does not add advertising trackers.
Saved provider secrets and social tokens are encrypted at rest by the application. Account records are checked against the signed-in user before access. Authorized operations must decrypt credentials on the server to communicate with the provider; encryption is not a promise that operators or infrastructure can never access data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and account secure, revoke compromised provider credentials, and avoid submitting sensitive content you are not authorized to process.
11. Privacy — retention
Account details, saved content, preferences and saved app credentials remain stored while your account uses them, until you delete supported records or request deletion, subject to legal, security and dispute-resolution needs. This installation has no automatic deletion period for workspace content. Session records expire after seven days, social-authorization state after ten minutes, and login-attempt counters within approximately two hours; database cleanup may occur later. Infrastructure logs and provider backups follow the relevant provider’s retention rules.
Deleting a record or disconnecting a social account in Storymedia does not erase copies already sent to another provider or published elsewhere. Disconnect removes the stored social access and refresh tokens, while your saved developer app credentials remain for reconnection unless you request their deletion. Local browser drafts must be cleared on the device. Legal or payment records may be retained when needed to meet obligations or resolve an existing dispute.
12. Privacy — your choices and rights
You can edit supported settings, delete supported saved records, disconnect social accounts in Settings, and revoke provider permissions directly in that provider’s account controls. Google permissions can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access can prevent related features from working.
Email info@daniraai.com to request access to your information, correction, an available copy or export, account or credential deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a relevant data-protection authority. We may verify ownership before acting on a request and will handle requests within applicable legal requirements. Consent withdrawal does not change processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Never include your password or provider secrets in a request. Storymedia is intended for adults and does not knowingly solicit accounts from children.
13. Availability and responsibility
AI generation can fail, be delayed, or produce inaccurate, unsuitable, or unexpected content. Availability also depends on third-party providers and payment services. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular creative outcome, or fitness for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for publishing decisions. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes and questions
The terms version accepted when an account is created is recorded with that account. When paid checkout is enabled, the accepted checkout version is also recorded with the payment. Updates are published on this page with an effective date and version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Future pricing changes apply to new quotes and checkouts; they do not change the fee on a payment already completed. For account, payment, refund, content or privacy questions, email DANIRA AI TECHNOLOGY at info@daniraai.com.
